Dimoro is operated by Finworth Technologies Pvt Ltd, [registered address], Lucknow, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use dimoro.io and the Dimoro app, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Account details you give us: your name, business name, work email, phone number and billing details.
Business knowledge you add to Dimoro Brain: price lists, documents, website content, notes and the corrections you make to your AI employees' answers.
Conversations your AI employees have with your customers on the channels you connect, and the messages you send your AI employees.
Usage data: which features you use, and technical information such as IP address, browser and device, collected to keep the service working and secure.
To run the service: so your AI employees can answer from your own information and act on the channels you have connected.
To bill you, support you, and tell you about changes to the service.
To keep the service secure and to investigate abuse.

We do not sell your data.
Your business knowledge and your customers' conversations are not used to train publicly available AI models. [Confirm this is accurate for every model provider in use, including any sub-processors.]
